Empire Angkor - Siem Reap 6-day Tour

Itinerary:

Day 1: Siem Reap Arrival (L, D)

Our guide & coach waiting for your arrival at Siem Reap airport, then pick up and transfer to hotel for check in, and transfer to visit South Gate Angkor Thom, Bayon, Bapoun, Terrace of Elephant, Terrace of Leper King and Pimean Akas. Lunch included at local restaurant.

Afternoon, visit Royal Palace, Terrace of Leper King, Preah Palilay, Tep Pranam and Bakhen temple with including Romantic Sun Set view on this hill. Dinner at local and overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 2: Siem Reap - Angkor thom (B, L, D)

Morning, breakfast at hotel and transfer to visit other Angkor Ruins Thommanom, chao Say Tevoda, Takeo, Ta Prom, Banteay Kdey, Sras Srang and Lunch included at local restaurant.

Afternoon, transfer to visit Preah Khan, Neak Pean, Ta Som, East Mebon and Pre Rup.

Dinner with show at local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 3: Siem Reap - Kbal Spean - Banteay Srei (B, L, D)

Morning breakfast at hotel, transfer to visit Kbal Spean that distance 49Km from Siem Reap town and it's literally means "The head of the river". This is one of the rives of 1000 lingas, made up of unique lingas and lingas stands chiseled into the riverbed of the Siem Reap river. It was believed that the lingas spiritually "fertilized” the waters that fed the eastern baray and irrigated the rice fields below. Lunch at local restaurant in Kbal Spean.

Afternoon, After lunch, transfer to visit Banteay Srei and Banteay Samre, then back Siem Reap at the evening,

Dinner at local and overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 4: Siem Reap - Phnom Kulen Mountain (B, L, D)

7:00 AM – Departure for excursion at Phnom Kulen or the "Lychee Mountain". There begins the legend of Angkor with the 802 sacrament of Jayavarman VII who institutionalized the cult of the "God-King". We drive from Siem Reap follow the road to Banteay Srey Temple and from Banteay Srey follow the road until it forks then take a right. After a while, reach the mountain area and after half-hour of mountain road, we will reach the river; view the ancient sculptures on the riverbed as well as Theavasas just a few meters upstream from the bridge. Crossing the bridge, we will reach a pagoda nestled between large rocks and on the highest rock, a stairway leads to an enormous sleeping Buddha carved in the rock, enjoy the view of the countryside from there.  Then continue to hike to the waterfalls, make a stop at the ruins of a temple. Picnic lunch at the Phnom Kulen. After a good and refreshing swim, we've drive back the same way to Siem Reap in the afternoon. Diner and overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 5: Siem Reap - Angkor Wat (B, L, D)

Morning breakfast at hotel, transfer to visit Rolouse group, Lolei, Preah Ko and Bakong Temples. Include lunch in local restaurant.

Afternoon, visit the famous temple of Cambodia, Angkor Wat, and it’s visually, architecturally and artistically breathtaking. It’s massive three tiered pyramid crowned by five beehive-like towers rising 65 meters from ground level and this temple is the centerpiece of any visit to the temple of Angkor till Sun Set. Dinner at local and O/N hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 6: Siem Reap Departure (B)

Breakfast at hotel and our guide and coach pick up at hotel and transfer to Siem Reap airport departure.
